Our offices are located at the Plastic Surgery Center of Thousand Oaks, 351 Rolling Oaks Drive. We offer the utmost in privacy, featuring our own state-of-the-art surgical suite. It is accredited by AAAASF with annual assessment and onsite inspections every 3 years.

Private Surgical Suite
Unlike many local plastic surgeons who use local hospital facilities, Dr. Slywka's plastic surgeries are performed in our private, in-office surgical suite (AAAASF accredited) where we provide the highest standard of safety, care and privacy. Having such a private facility affords our patients great privacy, including a secluded exit door at the rear of the building, as well as a front entrance.
